In India, the functioning of the PSA is regulated by Private Security Agency Regulation Act 2005 (PSARA 2005) and they are to function within the ambient of the legislation which has made training, mandatory for all personnel engaged in the security Industry. This in turn has led to a sudden demand for security programs and security training institutions across the country.

Training Methodology:

The duration and the training content are as outlined in PSARA 2005/AP PSA Regulation Rules 2008 (APPSARA 2008). The training programs have different modules and tailor made for different categories of trainees viz personnel from Defence Services / Police force, Civilians for Security Supervisors/ Guards and so on.
